Privacy Policy
Last updated: September 7, 2026
This policy explains what information we collect through our website, why we use it, and the choices you have. We have kept it in plain English so it is easy to follow.
Who we are
AI OPTIMUS TECHNOLOGY CORPORATION (“AI OptimUS”, “we”, “us”) is a technology company registered in the Philippines (Company Registration No. 2026090266204-01), with an office at 6795 51/F PBCOM TOWER, AYALA AVENUE CORNER V.A. RUFINO ST., BEL-AIR, CITY OF MAKATI, FOURTH DISTRICT, NATIONAL CAPITAL REGION (NCR), 1209, PHILIPPINES.
This policy covers our website at aioptimustech.com. It does not cover any separate project or service agreement we may sign with a client, which would have its own terms.
Information you give us
Our website is mainly informational. The only information we ask for is what you choose to send through our contact form:
- Your name
- Your company name (optional)
- Your email address
- Your mobile number
- Your message — what you would like to improve or discuss
- The Solution Finder category you selected, if you used that tool before writing to us
- The date and time your enquiry was submitted
Please send only what is needed to start a conversation. There is no need to include sensitive personal details, passwords, or confidential documents in a first enquiry.
Information handled automatically
We do not run advertising trackers or analytics tools on this website. However, like almost every website, ours is delivered by hosting and email service providers, and those services may process basic technical information as part of delivering and protecting the site — for example your IP address, browser and device type, the pages requested, and the time of the request. This is standard operational and security logging handled by those providers rather than data we collect for marketing.
Why we use your information
- To read and respond to your enquiry
- To understand and evaluate the services you are asking about, and to prepare a proposal if you want one
- To keep the website running, available, and secure
- To prevent spam, abuse, and misuse of our contact form
- To meet legal or regulatory obligations where these apply to us
We do not use your enquiry to build advertising profiles.
Our basis for using your information
In plain terms: when you send us an enquiry, you are asking us to get in touch, so we rely on that request and your consent to reply. We also rely on our legitimate business interests in operating and protecting the website and in responding to potential clients, and on legal obligations where they apply. This summary is written for clarity and is not a legal opinion.
Who we share information with
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not trade or rent it to anyone.
We may share it only as far as necessary with:
- The service providers that host our website and deliver our enquiry emails, so that your message reaches our inbox
- Professional advisers, or authorities, where we are legally required or permitted to do so
These providers process the information on our behalf and only for the purpose of running the website and delivering our messages.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiry information only as long as reasonably needed — to answer your enquiry, to continue a business relationship that follows from it, to keep records for security, or to satisfy legal obligations. When it is no longer needed for those purposes, we delete it or stop using it. You can ask us at any time to delete an enquiry you sent.
How we protect it
We apply reasonable organisational and technical safeguards, including limiting who can access enquiry messages, keeping any credentials on the server side rather than in the browser, serving the published website over HTTPS, and validating and rate-limiting what the contact form accepts. No website or online service can promise absolute security, so we do not make that promise.
Processing outside the Philippines
Our hosting and email providers may operate servers in other countries, so your information may be processed outside the Philippines. Where that happens, we expect those providers to apply appropriate protections for the information they handle for us.
Your privacy rights
Under the Philippine Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173) and other applicable rules, you may generally:
- Ask what personal information about you we hold and how it is used
- Ask us to correct information that is inaccurate or out of date
- Object to certain uses, or withdraw your consent where our use is based on consent
- Ask us to delete or block information, where that applies
- Ask for a copy of information you provided, where that applies
- Raise a concern with us, and lodge a complaint with the National Privacy Commission
Some of these rights have conditions or exceptions under the law — for example where we must keep records for legal reasons. To make a request, email support@aioptimustech.com. We may need to confirm your identity before acting on it.
Children
This website is intended for businesses and a general adult audience. We do not knowingly ask for or collect information from children. If you believe a child has sent us personal information, contact support@aioptimustech.com and we will remove it.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy as our website or legal obligations change. The current version is always published on this page with the “Last updated” date shown at the top.
